- Login nahi. Naam, phone ya email nahi maangte.
- Aapka sawaal jawab banane ke liye AI provider ko jaata hai; hum use store nahi karte.
- Pichhle sawaal sirf aapke phone mein save hote hain; aap kabhi bhi delete kar sakte ho.
- Hum sirf gin-ti rakhte hain (kitne log aaye, kitne ne poocha), bina kisi text ke.
- Aapki baaton pe koi AI train nahi hota. Kabhi nahi.
Hum kya collect karte hain
Anonymous usage events (jaise "sawaal submit hua" ya "council dikhayi gayi"), browser mein bana random device ID, har din ke free questions ka device aur hashed IP count, link ke campaign tags, aur Cloudflare se aapka country. Hum city ya IP nahi rakhte. Unlock verify karne ke liye har council ka keyed fingerprint rakhte hain; usse sawaal recover ya confirm nahi ho sakta.

Aapki conversation, sawaal, answers, naam, age ya raw IP database ya logs mein nahi jaate. Pichhle councils sirf aapke browser ke local storage mein save hote hain.

- Cloudflare: hosting, anonymous counters aur Turnstile.
- Google Analytics 4: anonymous usage, device/browser information aur approximate location samajhne ke liye; yeh browser mein analytics cookie use karta hai.
- OpenRouter aur uske model hosts: answers banane ke liye; provider data collection deny kiya gaya hai.
- Razorpay (sirf payment par): payment process karta hai; card/UPI details humein nahi milti.
- Phone ka voice typing aapke phone par handle hota hai.

Aapke rights
Home page se apne saved councils kabhi bhi delete karo. Baaki kisi request ke liye neeche grievance contact ko email karo; 30 din mein jawab denge.

Privacy
- No login. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or email.
- Your question goes to an AI provider to generate answers; we do not store it.
- Past questions are saved only on your phone; you can delete them any time.
- We keep only counts, such as visits and questions asked, never your text.
- No AI is trained on what you write. Ever.
What we collect
Anonymous usage events (for example, “a question was submitted” or “the council was shown”), a random device ID created in your browser, the day’s count of free questions per device and per hashed IP address, campaign tags from the link you used, and your country from Cloudflare. We never keep your city or IP. To verify that an unlock belongs to a council that ran, we keep a keyed fingerprint for that council; your question cannot be recovered or confirmed from it.
What we do not keep
Your conversation, question, answers, name, age, or raw IP address are not written to our database or logs. Past councils are saved only in your browser’s local storage.
Processors
- Cloudflare: hosting, anonymous counters, and Turnstile bot checks.
- Google Analytics 4: understanding anonymous usage, device/browser information, and approximate location; it uses an analytics cookie in your browser.
- OpenRouter and the model hosts it routes to: generating answers, with provider data collection denied.
- Razorpay (only if you pay): processing payments. We never see your card or UPI details.
- Your keyboard’s voice typing (if used): handled by your phone, not by us.
Retention
Anonymous events: 90 days. Daily usage counters: 7 days. Council IDs and unlock records: 8 days. Crisis counters: 90 days. Server logs: metadata only, about 7 days. Payment records: as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Delete your saved councils any time from the home page. For anything else, email the grievance contact below; we reply within 30 days.
Age
SabkiRaay is for adults (18+) only. We do not store your age or birth year.
